I found a vehicle online that I was interested in, I directly reached out to the dealer via phone and e-mail. I wanted to confirm what my price would be, because I receive a discount through General Motors. I was promised that somebody would call me back, but it didn't happen until a week later. Wh...en I did finally receive a phone call, it was somebody telling me that I was scheduled for an appointment to come in and drive the car. Nobody had ever been polite or professional enough to call me back and discuss my discount pricing as I had requested. Instead, they ignored my initial request and tried to bully me into coming into the dealership without answering my initial question. Due to this overall poor customer experience, I chose to buy my car elsewhere. Show more
