The Sportage offers AWD on all its trims for 2019 and 2018 models. This wonderful system still gets good gas mileage too with 21-city mpg and 25-highway mpg on the LX and EX trims and 20-city mpg and 23-highway mpg on the turbocharged SX trim. You also get a locking center differential with your AWD system.


What’s new for the 2019 Sportage?


Sorento

For the Sorento, you can get AWD on any trim level except the base L. This applies to both the 2018 and 2019 models. Significant advancements were made on the efficiency front for 2019 though so now the AWD Sorento gets 19-city and 24-highway on all V6 models, and 21-city and 26-highway on the AWD 4-cylinder LX trim.

The Kia Stinger represents a significant change in the Kia attitude. It’s a mean car, with plenty of performance and a surprising amount of luxury. Kia built a model that not only competes with BMW and Audi, but blows them out of the water, and still comes with a Kia price.

To compare to these brands, the Stinger of course has an AWD option. It is interesting to note, that all Stinger models come standard with rear-wheel drive, which makes the Stinger the only model in the Kia lineup to do so. Above that though, you can get all-wheel drive on any Stinger trim level. The turbo 4-cylinder AWD gets 21-city mpg and 29-highway mpg, and the twin-turbo V6 AWD gets 19-city mpg and 25-highway mpg.
