The Kia Soul trim level lineup got a lot larger for 2020 and it now includes six trim levels. That lineup starts with the LX and goes up from there with the S, GT-Line, X-Line, EX, and the top GT-Line Turbo. Don’t be confused by there being two GT-Line trims and them being spaced apart, that’s just how they breakdown in terms of price.

For 2020, most of the Soul lineup features an Intelligent Variable Transmission or IVT which produces some insane efficiency. This transmission comes standard on the S, GT-Line, X-Line, and EX and it’s available on the LX. Standard, the LX actually enjoys a 6-speed manual transmission for those that enjoy a greater connection with the road. The top GT-Line Turbo trim gets a sporty 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The rest of the 2020 Soul lineup gets a 2.0-liter naturally-aspirated engine that’s still good for 147 horsepower and 132 pound-feet of torque.
