Kia’s new suite of technology is made to assist the 2019 Forte’s driver in every way. That includes features for entertainment, safety, and more! For starters, the 2019 Kia Forte’s infotainment touchscreen has been enlarged to 8 inches. Additionally, it includes Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™ connectivity to stream music and video from apps, along with messaging and Bluetooth®. Elsewhere, Kia’s new and improved Advanced Driver Assistance Systems impress and protect, including both driver-assistance and safety features. Along with previous safety features being a standard inclusion, the new 2019 Kia Forte now also has Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist and Smart Cruise Control.
An Efficient and Powerful Engine
The 2019 Kia Forte is not a hybrid model, but it wisely uses aspects of hybrid technology to improve its own fuel efficiency up to a combined MPG of 35 for city and highway driving. Additionally, this implementation of technology also helps to silence noise in the cabin even when switching gears and quickly accelerating. With all of these improvements to comfort and cost-saving, the 2019 Kia Forte still produces 147 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque.
